Important notes on usage & warranty

The areas of the bag that come into contact with a golf trolley are subject to constant friction during normal use. Over time, this can lead to cosmetic impairment or material abrasion at these contact points. As this is due to external stress rather than a material or manufacturing defect, it is considered normal wear and tear and is therefore excluded from our warranty. We recommend using our helpful protective accessories for this purpose, such as the KIFFE bag adapter and/or the VESSEL cart protector.

VESSEL golf bags are made from water-repellent materials, including water-resistant zippers. However, they are not waterproof. For use in the rain, the manufacturer recommends using an external rain cover to ensure additional protection.

Recommendation for club dividers. Standard grips are best suited for 14- or 15-way dividers. For grips larger than standard, such as midsize or jumbo grips, we recommend using 6- or 7-way dividers. Please note that when combining midsize or jumbo grips with 14- or 15-way dividers, increased friction and club snagging may occur due to the larger grip diameter. This is a characteristic of the product configuration and not a manufacturing defect. Therefore, this circumstance does not constitute a warranty claim and is excluded from the warranty. We recommend choosing a divider that matches the grip size to ensure optimal handling.
