How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We strive to deliver all orders within 2-4 working days, depending on location.

What do I do if my order is incorrect or incomplete?

Missing items: Please contact us only after at least 7 full days at info@ kiffe-golf.de

Sometimes packages get split, but arrive shortly afterwards.

Incorrect items: Please contact us directly using the contact methods mentioned above.

How can I return an item if I am dissatisfied?

Please send an email to info@ kiffe-golf.de with your order number.

Send the item, tracked and with the order number included in the package, to the following address:

The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with tags attached.

After review, a refund will be issued in accordance with our terms and conditions.

How do I open a warranty claim?

Please send an email to info@ kiffe-golf.de with the following information:

Shipping address
Telephone number
Order number or proof of purchase
2-3 photos or videos of the defect

If the files are too large, you can also send them via WhatsApp.

Can I buy spare parts on the website?

Yes, we offer leg clips, rubber feet, zippers and other small parts.
You can find them using the search function on our website.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated individually at checkout and depend on the value of the goods and the delivery location.

How do I use the combination lock?

Here's how to set your lock:

Align the numbers to "000" (arrow pointing downwards) and open the lock.

Turn the top part of the lock 180° and push down.

Set your own three-digit code.

Pull up the top and turn it back to the starting position.

✅ Your new code is now active.
