At VESSEL, we place the utmost importance on quality and superior workmanship. Our products are carefully developed to meet our customers' needs. These warranty conditions describe the framework under which VESSEL accepts warranty claims.
Scope of warranty
VESSEL guarantees that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase .
To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. The warranty only applies to products purchased directly from VESSEL or authorized dealers .
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or online marketplaces are not covered by the warranty.
Exclusions from the warranty
The VESSEL warranty covers only manufacturing defects – normal wear and tear is expressly excluded. This includes, but is not limited to:

Cracks, holes or abrasion

Stains or fading

Misuse or improper handling

Damage that occurs when replacing carbon fiber legs

Manipulated or altered products
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover lost or stolen items .
Warranty processing
Should you discover a defective item within the warranty period, we will be there to support you with a customer-friendly service.
Please note:
The customer is responsible for shipping (including packaging) for returns.
International shipping costs for repairs or replacements are not covered by VESSEL .
How to request a warranty check

Reason for the warranty claim

VESSEL order number
– If the product was purchased through a retailer or golf club: photo of the receipt. -
Photo or video that clearly shows the defect

Shipping address for return or replacement
Once we receive your request, our customer service team will carefully review all the information and get back to you promptly.
In some cases, we reserve the right to request further information to assess the claim.
Please note: The final decision regarding a warranty claim is at the discretion of the VESSEL service team.

These warranty terms are subject to change. The version valid at the time of your purchase always applies.
